A group of undergraduate and graduate students from the Petroleum Institute at the University of Tehran recently took part in an educational program to visit the Sepehr and Jofeir oil fields.
Organized under Pasargad Energy Group’s social responsibility commitments, the visit began with an overview of the group’s operations and a briefing on safety protocols at operational sites. The students then toured various sections of the Sepehr and Jofeir fields—including a drilling rig, production wells, and the receiving unit—gaining firsthand insight into the processes of extracting, producing, and transporting oil.
During the visit, a specialized training session was held where the students received comprehensive information about the development of the Sepehr and Jofeir oil fields, as well as the challenges associated with oil production in these areas.
It is worth noting that Pasargad Energy Group has initiated multiple programs aimed at enhancing students’ theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the oil industry. These initiatives include scientific tours, specialized seminars, the development of educational
infrastructure, and support for the design and advancement of technological equipment and artificial intelligence solutions.
