Pasargad Energy Group Conducts Sustainable Development Training Courses

In line with Pasargad Energy Group's commitment to sustainable development and its strategies to promote sustainability as a key indicator of economic growth, the company organized two comprehensive training courses centered around the concepts and approaches to sustainable development on August 20 and October 30-31 of this year.

These courses aimed to institutionalize a culture of sustainable development and shift the perspectives of managers and employees regarding this essential concept. The first session, attended by senior executives and CEOs of all subsidiary companies, discussed fundamental concepts of sustainable development and its significance in achieving the Group's long-term objectives. The focus was on changing managers' attitudes toward the importance of sustainable development and its role in the future of the global economy.

The second course, lasting two days, featured participation from HSE managers. In this session, in addition to introducing the foundational concepts of sustainable development, global reporting standards and Pasargad Energy Group's sustainability reporting approaches were examined. HSE managers became acquainted with international trends and strategies for sustainable development in the energy industry. The Group's sustainability reporting formats were also explained to participants, enabling them to prepare and compile relevant reports with greater accuracy.

These training courses represent a crucial first step toward ingraining sustainable development concepts within the Group and demonstrate the company's commitment to implementing sustainable practices at all operational levels.
