Carbon Reduction Measures in PEDC Projects

Pasargad Energy Development Company (PEDC), in collaboration with Pasargad Exploration, Development, and Production Company, has taken measures to protect the environment and optimize resource utilization by employing equipment such as MOS (Mobile Oil Storage) and temporary storage tanks. These measures prevent the burning of crude oil during well testing and servicing operations in the Sepehr and Jofeir projects. This innovative technology has successfully prevented the burning of nearly 10,000 barrels of crude oil in each well test. Given the drilling program of 110 wells in this project, a significant reduction in the waste of valuable crude oil resources has been achieved, with a positive impact on the environment and an effective contribution to the reduction of pollutant emissions.
