The Pasargad Energy Group has won the prestigious golden statue at the seventh KM4D conference and international knowledge management award, marking their second consecutive win.
The event, focusing on innovation and organizational sustainability, was held on Wednesday, October 3rd, organized by the Iranian Management Association and Khatam University. It welcomed numerous CEOs, experts, and specialists in the field.
The conference featured a speech by Dr. Majid Ghasemi, Chairman of the Conference Policy Council and the Iranian Management Association, who discussed innovation and the journey toward sustainability. Several specialized sessions took place in two halls, followed by the presentation of the seventh knowledge management award report and the reading of the conference statement, leading to the awards ceremony.
In this segment, the Pasargad Energy Group received the golden statue of level two, achieving the golden statue for the second consecutive year. Furthermore, Ms. Nafiseh Mahmoudi, head of organizational knowledge at Pasargad Energy Group, was recognized as the top representative of knowledge management.
This international KM4D knowledge management award has been held for seven consecutive years, with the leadership of organizational knowledge overseeing participation. They coordinated efforts across various organizational departments, prepared the relevant declaration, and actively participated in the evaluation process with the collaboration of all sections.
